Applying for a Rental Property with us

If you have viewed one of our rental properties and wish to apply for it, please complete a tenancy application form. Simply Click Here or collect a copy from our office or please call us for an emailed copy.

Once this form is completed in full please drop it into our office or email it at rentals.burnside.nz@raywhite.com along with the documents below.

• Application form completed in full
• Photo identification (preferably driver’s license or passport)
• If you are not a NZ resident, we will also require a copy of any visas
• Any written references you have

We try to process applications as quickly as possible but this can take up to 3 working days.

If we do not have the required above documentation your application will not be processed.
